Sendo assim, a&nbsp;nutri\u00e7\u00e3o tem um papel importante na <strong>promo\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> de mudan\u00e7as.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A <strong>dieta<\/strong> <strong>DASH<\/strong> (Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension) come\u00e7ou a ser mais estudada a partir dos anos 90. Hoje \u00e9 muito conhecida como uma proposta diet\u00e9tica de tratamento e preven\u00e7\u00e3o para doen\u00e7as cardiovasculares, principalmente a hipertens\u00e3o arterial. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nesse <strong>modelo<\/strong> <strong>diet\u00e9tico<\/strong> \u00e9 preconizado o consumo de frutas, verduras, legumes, produtos l\u00e1cteos com baixo teor de gordura, cereais integrais, peixes, aves e nozes; al\u00e9m disso, incentiva restringir o consumo de carnes vermelhas e processadas, alimentos com alto teor de s\u00f3dio e bebidas a\u00e7ucaradas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os <strong>benef\u00edcios<\/strong> observados s\u00e3o principalmente atribu\u00eddos ao maior consumo de nutrientes que contribuem para redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos n\u00edveis press\u00f3ricos, como pot\u00e1ssio (K), magn\u00e9sio (Mg), c\u00e1lcio (Ca) e fibras alimentares (<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.scielosp.org\/article\/csc\/2020.v25n4\/1421-1432\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.scielosp.org\/article\/csc\/2020.v25n4\/1421-1432\/\" target=\"_blank\">2<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Em solo brasileiro \u00e9 um padr\u00e3o alimentar com obst\u00e1culos para a ades\u00e3o, mas temos o <strong>Manual de Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> <strong>Cardioprotetora<\/strong>.
